Temp-to-Hire placement services gives companies the best of both worlds… temporary and permanent. Temp-to-Hire is where employees work for your company on a trial basis to determine if the job is a good fit for the skills, interests, and career goals of the potential employee. The length of assignment is for a predetermined period of time, usually about three months. After the trial period is up, you are able to determine whether becoming a permanent employee would be best for both parties.
